Refund & Return Policy

At Indian Traders, we strive to provide accurate product information and quality products to our customers. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Return & No Refund Policy

All products sold through Indian Traders are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been successfully placed and payment has been received.

We do not accept requests for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect product selection by the customer

• Incorrect size, quantity, colour, flavour, or variant selected by the customer

• Products no longer required by the customer

• Orders placed accidentally

• Refusal to accept a correctly delivered order

• Any other reason not covered under the exceptions mentioned below

Therefore, customers are requested to carefully review the product details, quantity, variant, shipping address, and order information before completing payment.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

Although our products are non-returnable, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, materially different from the product ordered, or incorrectly supplied by Indian Traders, please contact us as soon as possible.

Customers should contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Order number

• Clear photographs/videos of the product received

• Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label

• Description of the issue

Our team will review the complaint and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

Where a remedy is applicable, Indian Traders may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

3. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product different from the product mentioned in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we may arrange an appropriate resolution, including replacement or another remedy where applicable.

4. Damaged Package / Product

If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend documenting the condition of the package before opening it.

If the product inside is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs/videos showing:

1. The outer packaging

2. Shipping label

3. Damaged product

4. Packaging material

Our team will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

5. Refunds

Except where a refund is required or approved under the circumstances described in this policy, Indian Traders does not provide refunds for successfully delivered orders.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment service provider.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If cancellation is accepted and a refund is applicable, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Delivery Refusal

Customers are requested not to refuse delivery of correctly supplied orders.

Refusal of delivery does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund. Any refund or other resolution will be considered according to the circumstances of the order and applicable law.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

Indian Traders is not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the courier permits re-shipment.

9. Products With Special Conditions

Certain products may have additional product-specific conditions relating to storage, handling, expiry, hygiene, or usage.

Where applicable, such conditions will be displayed on the relevant product page.
